Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive form of healing, it essentially means "universal life force energy", it is a technique developed by Mikao Usui.

During a reiki session, reiki energy is channelled into the body unblocking stagnant energy throughout our energy centres (chakras), working with the body’s bio-energetic field, bringing the body back into harmony and facilitating its own healing power to flourish.

Reiki has shown to be beneficial to several mental, emotional and physical conditions, there are no contraindication or side effects to a reiki treatment, it should not replace medical treatments however it works really well alongside any medical treatment.


Overall reiki feels relaxing and peaceful, It treats the person as a whole: body, emotions, mind and spirit. Reiki has many beneficial effects some of them are relaxation, feeling of peace, security and wellbeing.

During a Reiki session you will be laying down comfortably, fully clothed and all you need is to do is be open to the experience and enjoy the warmth and relaxation that comes with it.

In my experience reiki has shown to be very helpful with physical injuries and any form of disease, helping the body recover and heal.

Distant Reiki session works very similar to a session in person, the energy is channeled and sent to each chakra unblocking and clearing these energy centers. we set a time and during that time we are connected after the reiki is sent we have a chat to talk about the session and the insights that came with it.. The insights from a distant reiki session are as powerful as the insights of a session in person.
