PRACTICE YOGA AT HOME WITH ME
With the busy life we have this is a great way to keep practicing with a group of people but at the comfort of your home.
We have built a beatiful comunity over the years and even though we don´t see eachother in person, the classes have an in studio feel to them.
The classes are done with zoom.
- it is very easy to use, but if you have any issues I can help you get seattled with it a few mutes before the class starts.

After that you will receive the link to the class 1 hour before it starts.
