A half day workshop in the beautiful grounds of the botanical gardens in Leicester, where we will spend the morning practicing yoga, meditation, mindfulness and finishing with a nice deep relaxation practice called yoga nidra.
This is an opportunity for you to take a moment for yourself and bring your body, mind and spirit back in harmony with each other.
Apart from leaving feeling refreshed and light you will also take home with you simple techniques and exercises that you can include in your daily routine to raise your energy levels and keep yourself in harmony… physically, mentally and emotionally.
~ THE DAY's PROGRAM
8:30 am Yoga practice
1h30 yoga practice. In this vinyasa yoga flow, we will move with the breath and flow from pose to pose, warming up and gently stretching the body.
10 am Introductions and tea break
*a selection of tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit will be available.
10:40 am Meditation and Mindfulness circle
Meditation and mindfulness practice, don’t worry if you have never meditated before we will learn about it and practice together.
11:40 am Yoga Nidra
Translated as yogi sleep Yoga Nidra is a practice that mindfully takes you into deep relaxation. We will end the day with this practice to send you back to your daily life feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed.
12:30 Thank you and goodbyes.
