DIY - Do it (for) yourself

Yoga self-practice workshop

19th of October 2019

On this workshop we will explore a few asanas (yoga poses) and flows in more detail to improve your practice and make you confident and comfortable to do yoga at home and develop your own practice.

This workshop is good if you are interested in deepening your practice, learning about the poses and alignment to make the most of the classes you attend and if you would like to do yoga at home.

There will be yummy adjustments


Learning the basics of yoga and breathing

Creation of flows 

It is a space to ask questions and expand your mental and physical understanding of yoga and your practice.

What time: 1:30pm - 4:30pm

How much: 27 pounds per person

Coffee break included

What to bring?

  • Water bottle (water fountain available)

  • Notebook and pen.

  • Yoga mat (we will have some there but you are welcome to bring your own)
