1 Day Yoga Retreat in the Botanic Garden  - Leicester

Spend a full day in the beautiful grounds of the botanic garden in Leicester, practicing yoga, meditation, looking after yourself and enjoying some well deserved self-care relaxing time.


We will reflect on the symbol of fall, create intentions and will finish the day with a yoga nidra session folowed by a sound healing session guided by the lovely Jodi from harmonic crystals.

This is an opportunity for you to take a moment for yourself, to look after yourself, relax and reset, bringing your body, mind and spirit balance, the intention is for you to leave feeling refreshed and cared for.





9:00 am Yoga practice and meditation

Vinyasa practice, we will move with the breath and flow from pose to pose, warming up and gently stretching the body.


10:45 am Welcome and Coffee/tea break

*a selection of tea, coffee, light breakfast snakcs and fruit will be available.


11:45 am Self awareness practice

A self awareness practice where we will bring clarity to the things we want to keep and the things we want to let go of


12:40 pm Lunch break

A delicious lunch with a selection of sandwiches, dips and salad, will be served accompanied by herbal tea and juice.


2:00 pm Creating an intention

​ After gaining clarity on the things we want to let go of we will gather together in circle to craft an intention, we will look at How to create a meaningful and encouraging intention by using one of the basic principles of the flower remedies.


3:00 pm Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra

As the end of our day together approaches, we will fall into deep relaxation with our yoga nidra practice. Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) takes the body and mind into deep relaxation.


​4:30 pm Sound healing

After our wondeful yoga nidra practice you will stay just as you are and Jodi will guide you to a beautiful sound healing session.


5:30 pm Thank you and goodbyes
