Emotion flow and balance

A morning of relaxation, renewal, cultivating compassion and love.

Often we hold emotions in our body, emotions we felt that day but also emotions that we didn't deal with, throught movement we can release emotions, we are actually doing this on every yoga class, through our presence, movement and consious breathing, bringing our selves to a more peaceful and harmonious place.


Sound, in particular gongs, are a very powerful way of shifting these energies within the body. The gong vibrations bring harmony to the cells and any areas where emotions have been held onto will benefit from the raised vibrations. A gong bath will typically help you to feel lighter, bringing about greater peace and balance.


We are combining Yoga and Sound to create a morning of deep relaxation with the intent of leaving you lighter and brighter.


The day will go a little like this;


A yoga practice focussed on acceptance, noticing & embracing sensations and feelings, during savasana, we will surrender into a sound journey with the amazing sounds of Gongs and crystal bowls. This is truly a treat, if you have never been to a gong bath before I encourage you to join us and try it.

Practical Information:

Where: Create Studios, Hartopp road 120a. 

When 29th of September

What time: 10:30am - 12:30am

How much: 15 pounds per person

What to bring?

  • Water (water fountain)

  • Blanket, sweater and warm socks for the gong bath - this is important, since you will be laying down for close to an hour your body temperature will drop significantly.

  • Yoga mat (we will have some there but you are welcome to bring your own)
